From 8 to 12 April, a delegation of BAS composed of the President of the BAS, Prof. Julian Revalski, Member of the Academy, and the Vice-President of BAS Corr. Memb. Stefan Hadjitodorov is visiting Hanoi, Vietnam. Prof. Revalski and Acad. Chau Van Minh, President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST), signed a new Annex to the Scientific Cooperation Agreement between BAS and VAST for the period 2025-2027.<\/p>\n

The official ceremony was attended by Corr. Memb. Stefan Hadjitodorov, H.E. Pavlin Todorov, Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Vietnam, Assoc. Prof. Tran Tuan Anh, Vice President of VAST and Directors of VAST Institutes<\/p>\n

The BAS delegation visited the Institute of Information Technology, the Institute of Mathematics, the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, the Centre for High Technology Research and Development, the Institute of Physics and the Institute of Marine Environment and Resources.<\/p>\n

On 2 May 2024, the two academies will launch a call for proposals for the period 2025-2027.<\/p>\n
