Forming, Rearranging, Rereading&#8220; (\u201e\u0411\u044a\u043b\u0433\u0430\u0440\u0441\u043a\u0438\u044f\u0442 \u0434\u0440\u0430\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0443\u0440\u0433\u0438\u0447\u0435\u043d \u043a\u0430\u043d\u043e\u043d. \u0424\u043e\u0440\u043c\u0438\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0435, \u043f\u0440\u0435\u043d\u0430\u0440\u0435\u0436\u0434\u0430\u043d\u0435, \u043f\u0440\u0435\u043f\u0440\u043e\u0447\u0438\u0442\u0430\u043d\u0435\u201c), <em>Sofia: Institute <\/em><em>of<\/em><em> Art <\/em><em>Studies<\/em><em> &amp; Homo Ludens Foundation, 2024.<\/em> The prize was awarded by the guild of theatre scholars and playwrights.<\/p>\n<p>Nikolay Iordanov&#8217;s monograph aims to highlight those authors and titles in Bulgarian dramaturgy that have long-term validity in different historical situations and for diverse social groups. It traces the socio-cultural filters of recognition &#8211; theatrical, literary, educational, scientific, critical, etc. &#8211; that have imposed a set of dramaturgical works we perceive as &#8222;classical heritage&#8220;, &#8222;valuable archive&#8220;, &#8222;canon&#8220;. Seeking the universal validity of some of the most recognizable texts for the theatre, transcending the national context, the author offers updating readings of iconic titles of Bulgarian dramaturgy.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Nikolay Iordanov is a theatre scholar, professor at the Institute of Art Studies and lecturer at NATFA \u201cKr. Sarafov\u201d. He is the author of books, studies and numerous articles in specialized media on the problems of drama and theatre.
