\u00a0<\/strong>The fifteenth international conference on Large-Scale Scientific Computations<\/a> LSSC’25 was held in the period 16-20 June in Sozopol. The Forum was organized by the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies – BAS (IICT) in cooperation with the Centre of Excellence for Informatics and ICT (http:\/\/ict.acad.bg\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The conference was opened by Corr. Memb. Svetozar Margenov, Chairman of LSSC’25 and Director of IICT-BAS. More than 150 participants from over 20 countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia attended the event.<\/p>\n

In memory of Prof. Raytcho Lazarov, a special session on „Numerical methods: analysis and computer implementations was held. Ten papers were presented by students, close associates and co-authors of Prof. Lazarov from Bulgaria, Germany and the USA.<\/p>\n
