\u00a0The President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) Corr. Memb. Evelina Slavcheva and the Rector of the „Krastyo Sarafov“ National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA) Corr. Memb. Miroslav Dachev have signed today at the Academy a Memorandum of Cooperation.<\/p>\n

The subject of the Memorandum are doctoral programs in the field of arts, humanities and culture, the establishment of joint interdisciplinary doctoral programs, educational initiatives and creative forums.<\/p>\n

The document provides for the sharing of experiences between the two institutions and joint activities to enhance the quality of teaching, research and creative achievements as well as to encourage PhD students, postdocs and young researchers in pursuing their academic careers.<\/p>\n

The event has been also attended by the Vice-President of BAS Prof. Emmanuel Moutafov. During the conversation, a joint initiative for the Sofia Day has been discussed.<\/p>\n
