\"\"<\/a>Iconic musicals came to life on the stage of \u201cProf. Marin Drinov\u201d Hall at BAS. Students and PhD students from the \u201cPop and Jazz Singing\u201d, \u201cOperetta and Musical\u201d and \u201cMusic and Stage Direction\u201d majors from the acting class of Prof. Violeta Gorcheva from the Vocal Faculty of the National Music Academy gave a concert-performance entitled \u201cSing with Broadway!\u201d on October 6. In front of a crowded hall, the young artists performed parts from the \u201cChicago\u201d, \u201cThe Greatest Showman\u201d, \u201cLes Mis\u00e9rables\u201d and \u201cWelcome to Burlesque\u201d musicals. Their performances presented also attractive choreography including off-stage performances. The youngsters showed enviable movement, breathing and singing skills simultaneously – without a microphone and accompanied only by a grand piano. The performance took place within the framework of \u201cMUSICORUM VIA. Two Academies – One Stage\u201d of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the National Music Academy. The next concert of the initiative will be held in the \u201cProf. Marin Drinov\u201d Hall on 20 October.<\/p>\n
