The opportunities for deepening the cooperation between the Bulgarian scientific community and the real sector of the economy in order to promote and develop innovations and their implementation in practice were discussed by the President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Corr. Memb. Evelina Slavcheva, and the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association, Mr. Rumen Radev, at the Academy today.
Among the main topics of the meeting were specifically the opportunities for linking scientific developments with enterprises interested in their application, including the development of new hydrogen solutions.
BAS and BICA share a common vision of the role of knowledge and research as a driver for the sustainable development of the Bulgarian economy. At the meeting, an agreement was reached on signing a Cooperation Agreement.
