Concert of students-winners of academic competitions of the “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” National Music Academy, part of the “MUSICORUM VIA. Two Academies – One Stage” initiative took place on 20 October at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The Vice-President of BAS Prof. Emmanuel Moutafov welcomed the guests.

Enthusiasm, flowers and applause among the audience were aroused by the performances of the participants in the concert evening. Deyan Tabashki, Jia Hao, Yoana Zadikyan, Sima Chi, Teodora Tosheva, Qi Yixuan, Victor Teodosiev and Yan Aoxue presented works by C.W.Gluck, F. Chopin, G.  Puccini, G. Enescu, P. Vladigerov, P. Hadjiev and M. Arnold. At the piano: Viviana Grudanska, Zornitsa Getova, Zornitsa Radionova and Tatiana Bozhko. More and more representatives of AACM are being noticed among the symphonic music lovers, and also because of the concerts on Monday, they recognize the Academy as a spiritual center.

The students are laureates of Puccini Vocal Competition, “Prof. Nikola Stefanov” Competition for wind instruments, “Pancho Vladigerov” international piano competition, Academic violin competition, Vocal competition – 120th anniversary of the birth of G. Zlatev-Cherkin, Ravel and Bartók academic piano competition and the “Yamaha Music” Scholarship.

The joint initiative of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the “Prof. Pancho Vladigerov” National Music Academy continues with a concert on 27 October at 18:00 in the “Prof. Marin Drinov” Hall – come and join us!
