Meeting between the President of BAS and the Ambassador of Slovenia, H.E. Natasha Bergel

A meeting between the President of BAS, Corresponding Member Evelina Slavcheva, and the Slovenian Ambassador to Bulgaria, H.E. Ms. Natasha Bergel, took place today at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. During the meeting, the project cooperation between the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts was discussed as well as the possibilities for its expansion. H.E. Bergel and Corr. Memb. Slavcheva agreed that a meeting between the presidents of the two academies would help to consolidate this cooperation.

This has been the first meeting between the president of the BAS and the Slovenian ambassador and both sides expressed their readiness for fruitful future cooperation.
