The Bulgarian Academy of Sciences pays tribute to the memory of all soldiers who died for the freedom of Bulgaria. On the occasion of the National Holiday 3 March and 143 years since the Liberation of Bulgaria, a wreath was laid at the Monument to Tsar Liberator.
