On 27 April 2021, in the residence of the Japanese Ambassador a ceremony was held for awarding the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences with honors by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan for 2020. An agreement for joint activity aimed at popularizing scientific research was signed today by the President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Prof. Julian Revalski, Full Member of BAS, and the Director-General of the Bulgarian News Agency Kiril Valchev.
